I am a Relationship Coach, Counsellor and Educator who is passionate about supporting those who want to create and maintain healthy relationships, whether it's in their intimate relationships, family or their workplace. 

I've worked with couples and individuals over the years where 'anger' has been one of their main issues within their relationships.  I wholeheartedly believe that people can change and deserve to be in harmonious relationships.

I have a background as a Teacher and Counsellor and am a certified Trainer and Assessor.
